Sports and Dance Injury Rehabilitation
Amy Anderson has assisted integrative physical therapy and pain clinics for 12 years. Since 1996, Amy has applied Rehabilitative
Pilates to help the recovery of injured athletes, car accident victims, post surgery patients, and those with chronic
disease. Amy has also received patient referrals from nearly every type of health care practitioner. She has studied with
pioneers of Pilates and dance medicine and rehabilitation including Elizebeth Larkam, Master teachers Jillian Hessel and
Michelle Larson, Julio Harvath, Jo Ann Posner, Shelley Geyer, and Marika Molnar.

Amy has been a professional dancer for 21 years. She achieved a Bachelors Degree in Dance from Loretto Heights College of
Denver, and has been a dance instructor for 15 years. She has presented professional workshops To Pilates Instructors, physical
therapists, and other health professionals for 6 years. Amy has also taught courses in Pilates and Dance Medicine at David
Taylor Dance Theatre, Colorado Ballet, Colorado State University, and various other dance schools. She remains an active member
of the Physical Mind Institute, Pilates Methos Alliance, and member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and
Science since 1992.
Working in concert with Amy, Motion on Mainstreet has on staff Lea-Ann McMillan who is a Pilates instructor,
yoga instructor, and a certified Rehabilitative Pilates practitioner. Susie Hoffman is a licensed Physical, Therapist,
Certified Massage Therapist, and certified Cranio-sacral Therapist. In addition, Susie Hoffman is also certified in the Pilates
